the room i got felt really subpar. the shower was old and clearly needed some serious repair. even worse, i had a connected room and the sound isolation through the door was non-existent!!! i heard every single thing my neighbors did all night. it was like being in a cheap motel, not a supposed four-star hotel.

Really good Cambridge Stay

valet servicegluten-free breakfast
The valet parking service was very efficient (a great convenience in the city centre!). I found the room spacious and quite comfortable. I also enjoyed the live piano music in the restaurant during dinner, and i will remember it. The staff were generally helpful, and gluten-free breakfast options were professionally handled.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a well-stocked bar and a restaurant. valet parking is available for added convenience, though it comes at a premium cost, and i'm unsure if that will be the same price for everyone. Staff members are generally friendly and willing to help with directions.
Rooms
8/10
My room included super comfy beds and was spacious. Rooms appear clean and are well kept. some may find the decor a bit dated, and not necessarily in a bad way, it gave a vintage vibes. The room also offers city views.
Location
10/10
The hotel benefits from a central location with walking distance to attractions. Punting sites are easily accessible by foot. This proximity makes it very convenient for exploring the city. I would say it's almost the best location.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet includes a good variety of options. The restaurant offers live piano music in the evenings. Food quality in the restaurant is high, and gluten-free options are available. I really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere.
